Beautiful vintage chinoiserie style jewelry box cabinet made of brown lacquered wood in a marble pattern with floral mother of pearl shell inlay and brass hardware. Gorgeous midcentury, Hollywood Regency style piece.
Lined in red velvet--the cabinet top lifts to show a mirror on the inside lid with a compartment below. Open the doors and see hooks to hang necklaces and 3 drawers of different styles of compartments, including separate storage for rings.
This is a large, heavy dresser top statement piece (approximately 18 pounds). Approximately 15.5" tall, 12" wide, and 8" deep.
Condition: A few minor nicks in the finish along the corners (see photos) commensurate with age and use. The top compartment looks like it may have once had a some kind of latch and that is no longer available.
