This listing is for a large and impressive antique French mantel clock
This clock comes from Paris and dates to the 19th century.
The case is made from slate stone and green marble. It has nice brass framing with glass, and etched detailing
The movement is an 8 day time/strike with open escapement. This is a very high quality movement. The open escapement (on dial) utilizes real ruby stones for precision.
The clock measures 15 (width) x 5.75 (depth) x 19 (height) inches
