C.1950's; Italian Aldo Tura brown Goatskin & Brass, lidded Keepsake Box and/or Jewelry Box, with a domed top, and brass … Read more C.1950's; Italian Aldo Tura brown Goatskin & Brass, lidded Keepsake Box and/or Jewelry Box, with a domed top, and brass studded design motif throughout. Brass ball feet and brass hinged back and side handles. The interior is lined in a an Ultramarine Velvet blue, there is a shallow removable top compartment and a lower compartment, as well as original key in order to lock those special pieces of distinction, personal letters, etc. Maker's mark stickers and provenance country on the underside as 2nd to the last image indicates. In great condition, with some minor scratches here or there minsicule to lacquer seal of goatskin and patina to brass.
