If you've ever seen it, you'll definitely link the two. They use the fantastically colored terra cotta clay which is then hand painted with a folk art style spring bouquet that's outlined on the plate. I'm starting with 2 sets of four, as well as a variety of other designs that work incredibly well with each other. Seriously, if you're wanting a vivid, incredibly unique table- or wall- go browsing. You literally can't do better. Stangle is all done by hand, using layers of glaze hand applied over hand cut designs in the clay. There are no chips, cracks or crazing that are not meant to be there, but Stangl is by design, imperfect. If you live within 250 miles of me, I am willing to deliver pieces directly to you for a flat fee that includes all pieces you order. This may be cheaper and definitely more secure.
