Antique 19th century Wedgwood pink pearlware nautilus sea shell compote or tureen and clam shell under tray. Stand measures 12" x 7 7/8". Nautilus shell bowl measures 10 7/8" x 6 1/4" x 8 1/2" tall. Fully marked on the base. Good condition - short firing lines on the interior bottom of the bowl - does not detract. Displays beautifully and fully functional.
Provenance: Hightower Collection. Bears exhibit sticker for Wedgwood International Seminar - Texas Exhibit 2012.
