Late 19th century Ansonia key wound, chiming mantel clock. Features a rectangular, black lacquered, cast iron case with etched and gilt floral details, repousse gilt metal face with black Arabic numerals and hands, topped with a bronze figurine in the shape of a roaring lion. Movement by Ansonia Clock Company, New York, USA - Patented June 18, 1882 - 5 1/2. Includes key and pendulum. Good working order.
