19th century Boulle mantel clock, 18th century model
A prestigious museum-class mantel clock of almost a meter height,
made around the mid-19th century (according to the 18th century pattern) in Boulle technique and style,
being the most expensive and the most spectacular ebenist style in history.
Extremely richly decorated with an intricate ornament characteristic of the Boulle style,
made entirely in the labor-intensive metal incrustation technique.
In this technique, even the inside of the door is decorated
and so-called clock interior floor, which is rare.
