This lovely vintage Howard Miller dual chime mantel clock, model number 612-481, features a rich cherry wood finish that gives it a warm, timeless appearance. A brass carrying handle at the top adds both elegance and functionality, while the brass-finished Roman numeral clock face enhances its classic design. The clock measures approximately 11 inches tall to the top of the brass handle, 9.5 inches across, and 4.5 inches deep, making it a perfect size for a mantel, shelf, or desk.
The clock sounds beautiful and offers a choice between Westminster or Ave Maria chimes, striking each hour with the option to play on the quarter, half, and three-quarter hours as well. It includes an automatic nighttime chime shut-off for volume control, and the chime can also be turned off completely if desired. Powered by a reliable quartz movement, the clock requires two C-size batteries and keeps good time.
