19th century needlepoint embroidered throw cushion
Made of genuine hand crafted wool.
Colors: Black, cream, yellow, green, blue and pink
The cushion display an intricate floral embroidered needlepoint on handwoven canvas
The fabulous colors combined and woven into this piece work together creating a refined and solid look.
Depicting central a medaillon with several flowers, a butterfly and a bunch of roses.
In all 4 corners scrolled flowers.
The cushion is backed with woven wool and down filled.
Condition: Good solid condition, in the black some cream/brown of the handwoven canvas witch gave the cushion a kind of patine fabulous traces of time.
Origin: France.
