Antique pair of Spanish colonial painted chairs, c.1880
The tall backs are topped with a family crest below which are two cross rails. The seat is wicker. Firm and comfortable to sit in. Standing on turned legs and each joined by turned stretchers. Painted red with silver gilt accents. Good antique condition, well used, with lots of paint wear and loss but the character still remains. All joints recently tightened.
