Circa Very Early 20th Century. The Maker can Easily be Attributed to the Documented H. L. Judd Company. It is made Out of Cast Iron with a Faux Bronze - Brass Plated Finish. It is Done in Unusual Crossover Victorian - Arts & Crafts - Native American Indian Style. The Center Panel Depicts Wonderful Bold High Relief Classic American Indian Chief in Full Headdress Profile. It has Excellent Detail in the Casting Features. Note that Although was Made Originally to Hold Envelopes - Letters it Could Also be Used Today as a Napkin Rack. It is in Excellent Original Condition and it Displays Beautifully. The Bronzed - Brass Finish has Somewhat Aged Over The Years Giving it a Wonderful Authentic Old Look. It has No Damage - No Repairs.
