Rare Art Nouveau potpourri holder that is all hand painted with pansies all over the lid which has pierced holes … Read more Rare Art Nouveau potpourri holder that is all hand painted with pansies all over the lid which has pierced holes in all the flowers to let the scent out of the potpourri. The painting is all done in lustreware and the pansies are all outlined in gold. It measures 8 1/2”W across the lid x 4 1/2” H. This is in great condition with no chips or cracks or damage of any kind. There is no wear on the paint or anything. The date mark is B&C Limoges France 1894-1910. It’s a lovely piece in perfect condition. I think it’s a beautiful display piece for a Limoges collector or a flower lover, and it could really hold anything. See less
