THIS IS A CUSTOM SKU FOR A CUSTOM ORDER USING COM (CUSTOMER'S OWN MATERIAL).
By placing a custom order through the custom product listing sent to you, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a custom-made item, produced to the specifications discussed over email and set forth below. You acknowledge that you will not see photographic representations of this item before purchasing. This item is made to order and cannot be returned.
Customer's Own Material ("COM"): By placing a custom order through the custom product listing sent to you, you acknowledge that you are responsible for obtaining the fabric used to make this product, ensuring that it arrives at the manufacturer’s facility, and ensuring that the fabric meets your needs and is provided in the appropriate quantity. Chairish is not responsible for any delays resulting from the ordering of the fabric or any damages incurred to the fabric during the shipping process.
Specifications: The custom item will be built to the specifications below, as discussed and agreed upon:
Chairish Mirasol Ottoman. No changes to leg style, finish, or nailheads
COM Soane Karun Thakar, 7 yards to be provided. Conventional roll, pattern matched, normal welts
Process: Chairish will create a custom product listing and send it to you. You will be responsible for reviewing the order, checking out and placing the order. The order has not been placed until you receive an Order Confirmation. Note the color shown on the product page will not reflect the customized version ordered. We are unable to offer photos of the finished products before shipment.
Lead Time and Shipping: Please note that the lead time and shipping estimates under Shipping Options on the product page are estimates and are based on when fabric is received by the manufacturer and the current state of available shipping partners. Shipping, logistics, and taxes are not included in the quote price and will be assessed at checkout.
Payment: Payment is collected in full upon order placement.
Cancellations & Returns: You have 24 hours from your time of purchase to cancel your order. After this time period, a cancellation will result in the loss of your payment. All custom orders are non-refundable and returns will only be accepted if the incorrect item has shipped or if the item arrives damaged. To request a cancellation (within 24 hours of order placement) or return please reach out to trade support.

Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final
- International, cross-border returns may require different processes depending on the countries between which the item is shipping to/from, and the buyer is responsible and duties (if applicable, on cross-border orders).
- On approved returns, the buyer is responsible for the full cost of return packing and shipping.
Cancellations
- Prior to shipping or local pickup, buyers may cancel an order for any reason, with the exception of some Made-to-Order items, where supplies have been purchased or work begun on the item.
- Please notify us within 24 hours of purchase if you would like to cancel an order, as prompt cancellation will reduce the likelihood that you will incur return shipping charges.
- Once shipping or pickup has been initiated, the cancellation will be considered a return and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

- Chairish Express In-Home Delivery
- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.
- The item will be delivered to your home and placed in the desired room. The delivery service includes unpacking, inspecting, and removing packaging materials; and does not include installation or setting up the item.
- Shipping charges start at $999 and vary based on the size, weight, packaging, and/or the value of the item.
- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
- You will need tools and/or equipment to open the crate.
- Shipping charges start at $799 and vary based on the size, weight, packaging, and/or the value of the item.
- Chairish Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks.
- Only available in selected markets.
- Chairish In-Home Delivery
- The item will be delivered to your home and placed in the desired room. The delivery service includes unpacking, inspecting, and removing packaging materials; and does not include installation or setting up the item.
