- This table has definitely has some slightly worn patina on the surface, which is completely age appropriate. There is also what appears to be a mostly undetectable chip in the top, however this does not hinder the beauty of this table in any manner, especially as the black lacquered surface retains its hue throughout. It has one leg that looks like may have been glued due to a previous insignificant break/split (prior to my acquisition of this). However this does not effect the stability, integrity nor the beauty of this gorgeous table. It is in original condition, it's old and so charming. I have cleaned it gently and it is ready to use. As stated in my description, I think this table is amazing, it is my absolute favorite with all the furniture I have seen and dealt in, it is just truly captivating. less
