A stock certificate (also known as certificate of stock or share certificate) is a legal document that certifies ownership of a specific number of shares or stock in a corporation. This physical stock is for 60 thousand shares at 100 francs each and dated February 5, 1929. It would have been used to prove someone's entitlement to dividends, and required to effect the transfer of the shareholding. Although it used to be the only way to authenticate stock ownership, physical stock certificates such as these as no longer relevant because of online brokers and personally-directed accounts.
At the time, the person who owned this certificate would have held 6 million francs for Compagnie Francaise des Mines d'Or du Canada [Engl: French Gold Mines Company of Canada]! This sheet of shares comes from a French private collection and we think it would look fantastic framed in an office. The certificate is unlined and still has its original scalloped top margin.

- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final

Cancellations

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.
- The item will be delivered to your home and placed in the desired room. The delivery service includes unpacking, inspecting, and removing packaging materials; and does not include installation or setting up the item.
- Shipping charges start at $999 and vary based on the size, weight, packaging, and/or the value of the item.
- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
- You will need tools and/or equipment to open the crate.
- Shipping charges start at $799 and vary based on the size, weight, packaging, and/or the value of the item.
- Chairish Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks.
- Only available in selected markets.
- Chairish In-Home Delivery
