ADL is proud to support the 2014 Jingle & Mingle Designer Wreath Auction that features wreaths created by top designers. The annual auction benefits Children of Shelter, a local non-profit that provides support and education for children living in or being served by the homeless shelter system. Our 2014 wreath, a mid-century inspiration was a collaboration with Tineke Triggs and local artist, Jim Misner Light Designs. The ADL team recently had the pleasure of refreshing a home in Noe Valley. The clients are avid art collectors that blended cultural discoveries from recent travels with a mix of artists represented by our good friends at Stephanie Breitbard Fine Arts. We were able to mix some great retail finds with custom upholstery to provide a unique experience for this well-traveled couple. We re-shot the kitchen to showcase the beautiful farmhouse style sink and modern Heath ceramic tiled backsplash. But more so to capture the clients newly landscaped exterior in the distance that brings a sense of serenity in our technology fueled society. http://www.adlsf.com/home/project-updates-noe-valley/

How can it already be November? From the 2014 Decorator Showcase to curating the LUXE Magazine VIP Lounge at the Art Silicon Valley Show, and the launch of our Design Studio Collection with California Carpet, the design team at ADL has had a busy year. We wanted to take a moment and share with you two recent projects we’ve photographed. GOLDEN GATE A beautiful Western Addition home that blends contemporary interiors with a few local mid-century finds for a San Francisco family. Custom built-in cabinetry in the media room helps hide all of the tech gadgets and cords that can often be a bit messy. MARINA These Marina homeowners inherited some beautiful dining room furniture for their growing family. An edgy dining room carpet was selected to anchor the dark contemporary furniture. Deep blue hues from the Élitis wallcovering provide a strong base that highlights the homeowners recent art discoveries.
