About Elena:
Elena Calabrese was exposed to design at a young age through her fashion designer mother and father who worked as a contractor. She went on to earn a BFA from California College of the Arts and studied Interior Design at The University of California Berkeley. After studying metal arts and sculpture, Elena started her endeavors in the fashion industry, working for DKNY in New York City and designing accessories for large companies in the Bay Area.

Elena Calabrese Design & Decor creates modern interiors designed to nurture, inspire, and reflect a unique Californian point of view. We layer texture with modern lines and marry earthy elements with luxury finishes to build dynamic, comfortable residences that are loved and lived in.

Servicing San Francisco, the Bay Area, and beyond, our mission is simple: create elevated interiors that honestly reflect a client’s distinct style. As a full-service interior design firm, we assist clients with a wide range of challenges, including the selection of finishes, design implementation, color consulting, space planning, and custom furniture pieces tailor-made for your space

Elena Calabrese Design & Decor is located at the ICB, Industrial Center Building, in Sausalito’s historic Marinship District (coined the "Tribeca of Sausalito").

We love to be with fellow creatives in this historic building. Our bohemian spirit is happy with a water view and seeing sailboat masts out of our window.
