Hi! We're a husband-and-wife team from New Jersey. We're both teachers, and in our free time we love wandering through thrift stores, estate sales, flea markets, auctions, and antique shops to see what we can find.
One of our favorite parts of the hunt is learning about the history behind the pieces we bring home. Sometimes it's a mid-century lamp, sometimes it's a piece of pottery or artwork, and sometimes it's something completely unexpected. We enjoy researching the makers, the styles, and the stories that make each item unique.
Our house is only so big, though, and we definitely can't keep everything we'd like to! Opening this shop lets us keep doing what we love while giving these pieces a chance to become part of someone else's home.
