A 19th century rustic Victorian era industrial general store counter tin bin tea / coffee dispenser - mercantile display with beautifully aged distressed patina.
Painted black toleware with gilt accents, gold stenciling, and floral decoration, having a lidded top and cylindrical hinged door panel dispenser.
