Fabulous handcrafted Mid-century wood vessel, dating to the 1980’s.
A centerpiece, plinth and three carved arms provide the base for 36 sun-like spokes connected by 39 sculptural carved spheres.
When viewed from above, the circular centerpiece is pleasingly offset against the plinth base, with a postmodern effect.
Measuring 12” dia x 2.5”h
Very architectural. Solid, stable piece. Stained and finished, possibly wax.
Gorgeous overall lines from every angle.
Excellent vintage condition.
