Wear is usual for its age. It does have a slight break in the cane to the back rest. Please see the photos. Overall, a Very Nice Chair that will highlight any area it is placed in!!! Measurements: 38"High x 25 x 24 and floor to seat is 21". Please keep in mind that this is a Vintage Piece and has its normal signs of wear. This is what gives it it's character and confirms its age.
