This Japanese Imari ware porcelain charger was made by the Bijutsu Art Ceramics Company and it was made in the 1970's. This charger was made with a high quality bright colorful overglaze enamel transferware pattern that was made in a classic Japanese Imari style scalloped panel design with hibiscus flowers, cherry blossoms, and lotus blossoms covering the whole plate with great detail. This Japanese Imari charger measures 12 3/8" wide by 1 1/2" tall and it is in "Pristine Condition" with no chips, no cracks, no repairs, no crazing to the glaze, and very little wear to the plate for the age of it.
