Very unique antique ship's navigation table from the early 1900's. It's handmade of solid wood with barley twist legs and a center drawer with dovetail joints. The top folds up to keep nautical maps in place, or folds down for more surface area with two pullout supports from underneath. The hooks and hardware are made of hand forged iron. There are years of use marks and mallet marks in the top surface. It is incredibly sturdy with a great aged and rustic feeling. Would make a great desk in nautical or coastal interior.
Open dimensions are 36" wide x 24" deep x 31" high.
Top up dimensions are 36" wide x 17" deep x 38-1/2" high.
Drawer interior clearances are 10-1/4" wide x 12-1/2" deep x 3-3/4" high.
