The interior of the lower shelf is lined with its original white carrara marble (one of the shelves is missing its side piece). The marble on top is a beautiful gray with veining. The drawer fronts are cross banded with mahogany and inlaid with boxwood with inlaid mother of pearl diamonds. The sides and lower shelf have book matched veneers and mahogany cross banding. The front of each cabinet door has a beautifully done inlaid marquetry pair of cherubs on clouds, with floral adornment; a work of art! #6139 See less
