A very beautiful and rare set of three (s) antique French plates made exclusively for Bonwit Teller New York, circa early-20th century, France. Bonwit Teller was a luxury department store in New York, NY, founded 1895. Plates have decagon shape, gold hand-painted edge, and crisscross design work in a blue/green hue. On back: hand inscribed by artist, 'Made in France for Bonwit Teller', with artist number and signature. A beautiful set to use, to display, or as wall art/decoration.
