The shade base is new bronze screening material, which was used on screened porches, years ago. The screen will never rust or corrode, but it will age into a warm tony bronze color. Top and bottom wires and vertical edges are finished with brown cotton rayon grosgrain ribbon. Final trim is Henna velvet ribbon. All hidden wiring is painted with oil rubbed bronze enamel paint.

Fitting and Finish
Spider top, one half inch recess. Brass finish.

Shape
Hexagon frame lampshade.

This shade is best suited for a small table lamp with a harp and finial, but could be used with a clip adapter as is shown in the photos. The bronze glow from this lampshade is warm, especially with an Edison bulb in the lamp fixture. All hidden wiring is coated with enamel paint to ensure longevity.
