A wonderfully graphic vintage British Anchor dinner plate featuring a pair of rainbow trout against an underwater scene of shells and aquatic plants.
Made in England, the plate has a muted palette of soft greens, browns and blue-gray that gives the fish motif a more sophisticated look than typical sporting or lodge-themed tableware. At 10 inches across, it works equally well as functional dinnerware or displayed as a decorative cabinet or wall plate.
A great addition to a collected English table, fishing cabin, lake house or lodge-inspired interior.
Measures approximately 10” across and 1” high.
In very good vintage condition with minor surface wear consistent with age and use.
