A stunning 1980s pendulum wall clock designed by Shohei Mihara for Wakita's "Super Present" line of clocks. Mihara was a leader in postmodern design in Japan during the 1980s. Usually working in vivid primary colors, Mihara's design for this clock evokes the postmodern era but utilizes an ultra rare mono-chromatic color scheme. Plastic case, glass over face, plastic pendulum, and wood back.
In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. Marked "Super Present" on Face and "Wakita Hi-Tecs Inc, Design Syohei Mihara" on the rear.
