This wonderful set of Silver City Glass Co. in "crumple glass" features a harp-pedestal compote with corresponding bowl. The the elegant old world sensibility is wonderfully accentuated by the delicate "Flanders Clear" pattern of lovely Spring flowers detailed in sterling on the glass, especially on the crumpled rim. Though these could be used at elegant catchalls, they are much better suited to serving delicate sweet treats or glamorously holding treasured pieces of jewelry.
