Early 19th century Restauration (Consulat) period armchairs. Amazing hand-carved, solid mahogany, ebonized frames with patined gold leaf details and a lustrous French polish finish. Upholstered in gray velvet, with brass capped feet. 18.25″ seat height. Very strong frames, elegant lines. We loved the balance of the scrolled console armrests and the tapered legs.
Circa: 1820
