Absolutely gorgeous, heavily carved Walnut armchair wonderfully decorative French Louis XV–style armchair featuring an elaborately carved wood frame and colorful tapestry upholstery. The tall shaped back displays a charming pastoral scene of a courting couple surrounded by flowers, while the generously cushioned seat is finished with coordinating floral decoration.
From the pierced floral crest and scrolling arms to the carved apron and cabriole legs, this chair has beautiful detail from every angle. The warm, polished wood finish complements the muted green, rose, gold and cream tones of the upholstery.
Substantial and comfortable, it would make an impressive statement chair in a living room, bedroom, library or entry hall. It is equally appealing as a decorative accent or an occasional reading chair. You can flit the cushion and get different look
