Stunning pair of Chinese carved hardwood armchairs made in the Ming style featuring an open fretwork Greek Key design, frame and an inset back splat with Dali marble and rich Huali rosewood inlay. These armchairs were made with generous proportions and intricately carved details with tight joinery. The aprons have decorative scroll designs and the seats are supported by square legs with box stretchers and Greek Key motif feet.

Circa: 20th Century
Condition: Excellent, Minor wear consistent with age and use. Age appropriate wear.
