He was the stills photographer for George Franju's documentary 'Le Sang des Betes' or 'Blood of the Beasts', which focuses on Parisian slaughterhouses. Molinard's photographs appear in several books including 'Paris Insolite', a collection of writings from the author's experiences and observations as a tramp in 1940s Paris. Maurice Jardot's 'Chateaux de la Loire' contains photographs by Patrice Moliard and Pierre Jahan.

This poster was produced in the 1950's by the "Ministere des Travaux Publics, des Transports et du Tourism" or Minister of Public Works, Transport and Tourism.
