As the photos readily testify, this Steuben bowl appears to have been carved from the finest, purest Chinese jade.
There are lots of shallow scratches on the bottom, where it's been pushed along a table-top, testimonials to its age and use. I can't discern any chips or repairs along the top.
A magnificent manifestation of Steuben's artistic prowess.
