Grace your home with this mid 19th century, French wall clock. Made in the French region of Franche-Comte. In fine working condition, just serviced by Cape & Island Time in Chatham, MA. Is quite special because it also has a calendar on the enamel dial, which has Roman numerals. Is key wind with a gong that chimes on the half hour and counts out the hours. The face is surrounded by repousee brass depicting cherubs and foliage. The face reads: Frederic Blandin, a Dornes. All complete, original and running.
In excellent condition with a few hairlines in the enamel face, rich patented brass. Has no serious damage. This clock will be shipped in three boxes.
The lead weights weigh 24 pounds, the pendulum is 40” long. The clock alone is 16x12x7.
