Porcelain bowl, with a deep blue known as 'of Sèvres', sporting in its center a large transverse frieze made up … Read more Porcelain bowl, with a deep blue known as 'of Sèvres', sporting in its center a large transverse frieze made up of inlays of golden nets, particularly fine, and enamel decorations. We also find these white stones in the petals of the flowers drawn on both sides of this frieze.
This cut, flat and flared collar, offers a song Chantourné, on which we guess a gilded border faded by its 150 years of stories.
It is embedded by two worked handles, themselves fixed on a round frame with openwork gallery. The whole rests on three metal feet shaped in mascarons. This initially cut structure in its entirety has its entirety has gaps in certain areas.
Note that this cup is marked 'Lunéville' under its base, famous earthenware Lorraine founded in 1730.
