This is a matted antique French Art Nouveau chromolithograph that dates to c1900. It features garden images...floral garland vignettes, potted plants, watering cans, topiaries, etc. This image is perfect for the gardener! Originally this chromolithograph was created as a painted decorative image for store interiors and front window displays. It was an image that had a targeted audience and was therefore in limited production making this a rarity. And of course its age of 120+ years makes it difficult to find in wonderful condition. Pristine condition with no age markings. It is done on thick paper stock in soft neutral color tones. This image is in classic Art Nouveau style. 9.5 x 14 inches in size. Comes matted in neutral tone 16 x 20 inch custom mat ready for a standard size frame. See less
