Don’t let it’s size or age fool you this table is very sturdy and able to hold whatever you would want to put on it without worry it’s in excellent condition with all the moving parts straight and tight and moves and stays as it should. I believe that it was painted at a later year than it was made. It has significant wear, scuffs, and scratches to the painted finish on top and the legs that are consistent with age and use. But that is just the paint, leave it for that antique look or give it a fresh coat of paint or stain and enjoy it for another 100 or so years because it still has a lot of life left in it.
