Created on the island of Java during the Midcentury period, this side chair features a slanted back made of a wooden frame securing slatted bamboo. The square seat presents a similar décor while the ensemble is raised on four straight tapering feet, slightly saber in the back and carved with reeded motifs in their upper section in the front. They are connected to one another through side stretchers or varying heights.
