I believe that the wood is possibly called Huanghuali. The chairs have inherent elegance and sleekness to their style. They are in very good age-appropriate condition. The chairs measure 35" in height, and 27" in width and the depth of the chairs is 24". The seat height is 21" with a width of 18.5" and a depth of 13". The arm height of the chairs is 32". See less
