A Downton Abbey Castle Documentary has what appears to be a mate to this incredibly gorgeous Mahogany Hepplewhite side chair! This impressive chair was without doubt made by the loving hands of a gifted furniture maker and designer. It could be older than 1800’s. A tag under the chair that came loose years ago and was placed in a special spot, we are still trying to recall where that special place is. The tag stated this chair was part of Boeing Company inventory. It is almost exactly like the chair in a Downton Abbey Castle documentary and appears to be a mate to it. Perhaps a Boeing Airline Executive purchased this rare chair many years past and it’s was placed in the Boeing Company’s Corporate Offices. It’s striking impressive design, superior craftsmanship , comfort , beautiful aged solid Mahogany wood , and exquisitely carved back are indications of it’s age authenticity.
