A handsome pair of French Louis XVI style side chairs dating to the early 20th century, distinguished by their elegant neoclassical lines, finely turned legs, and subtle brass detailing. The woven cane seats lend warmth and texture, making these chairs equally suited for use as dining chairs, occasional seating, or decorative accents in both traditional and transitional interiors.
Each chair measures 36 inches high, 18 inches wide, and 17.5 inches deep. They retain their original cane seats, which display an attractive vintage character. One chair has a small dent and tear in the cane, as shown in the photographs, but both remain sturdy and present beautifully, with the wear consistent with their age and adding to their authentic appeal.
