This extravagant estate set of Hallmarked Mitterteigh Bavaria 22k Gold Encrusted and Cream Porcelain Covered Tureen has a beautiful under bowl, perfect for so many kinds of dinners...use them separately or together. The large bowl has gold-leafed scalloped edges with elegant scrollwork and a beautiful inside gold design, with more elaborate heavy 22k gold-encrusted flowers around the border. The beautifully-shaped covered light butter-colored serving piece has a decorative top with the same scalloped edging, and elaborate gold encrusted flowers throughout the cover and bowl.
All three pieces standing together measure 10. 0 inches tall x 12.0 inches in diameter. The covered piece is 8.0 inches tall x 8.0 inches in diameter. They are all in very good vintage condition with no chips, cracks or scratches, but a bit of missing gold leafing here and there.
