Circa 1850, American mahogany empire chest with superbly designed ogee bracket feet. Featuring 4 drawers with curved ends, this is a lovely and graceful example of American empire furniture.
In very good to excellent antique condition, it measures 41.5 inches high, 46.5” wide, and 21.25” deep.

It look like that drawer may have been locked, the key was lost, and someone forced the drawer open. Anyway it was a good repair and very minor, see next to last photo. There are some age related cracks, but they are tight and this is normal for an antique piece.. less
