Circa Late 19th … Read more This really is a Great Looking - Rare & Unusual Antique Hard Paste Bisque Porcelain Tobacco Jar. Circa Late 19th Century. This type of Jar was Used for Pipe Tobacco. This Cute Happy Little Girl is Sitting in a Tray Chair with her Treasured Possessions that include a Noise Maker, A Doll and a Flower Object ?. This is a Fine Quality Piece with Great Detail in the Molded and All Hand Painted - Decorated Features. It has Rich - Wonderful Color Combinations. It has No Maker or other Markings but based on my years of experience in the antique business I can safely surmise that it Was Made in Germany for Export. It is in Very Nice All Original Condition with No Damage - No Repairs. It Displays Beautifully. Note that it does have a surface shrinkage crack on the interior back but this is absolutely a Kiln Flaw that would have Occurred in the Making - Firing Process - Please See Last Photograph in my Listing.
By the way it looks even better in person than in my photographs.
It Measures 7 3/4 inches Tall x 5 inches Long x 4 3/4 inches Wide - Deep.
