This clock with a large sculpture of Neptune (total height 87 cm) was acquired as a set with two vases with figures of whalers. Though the pieces have the same theme, the sea, they are different in style. The sculpture and vases are made of spelter (a die cast metal with a bronze coating) and are in good condition. The clock (A la Renaissance, 49. Boulevard St. Martin, Paris) is in working order and with keys. The designer of the vases is not known. The Neptune clock measures height 87 cm, width 51 cm, and depth 38 cm, while the vase measurements are below, with the smaller piece measuring 29 cm in width, and 33 cm in depth.
