These remarkable plates flawlessly emulate the prestigious Gold Anchor period (1756–1769) of the English Chelsea porcelain manufactory.

The sophisticated technique involves intricately pierced reticulated lattice borders that alternate with three-dimensional, relief-molded cascading floral bells descending towards the center. The exquisite hand-painted central reserves feature vibrantly colored exotic birds amidst scattered foliage and blooms.

Samson's exceptional level of artistry rendered these plates visually indistinguishable from 18th-century originals, elevating them to highly desirable collector's pieces today. The plates carry the gold anchor mark on the reverse.

with a diameter of 24 cm and a height of 3 cm, the set weighs 1477 grams.

The provenance is confidently attributed to the Edme Samson factory, Paris. It is a true rarity to find a matched trio in such pristine condition.

Verified under UV light, the piece exhibits phenomenal preservation of enamels and gilding, with only very slight natural wear to the gold on the highest points of the raised flowers. These pieces offer an excellent analogy to authentic Chelsea Rococo porcelains. This piece has an attribution mark,
