Design Plus Gallery presents the Barcelona Style Lounge Chair + Ottoman from Alphaville Design. Inspired by the iconic 1929 Barcelona Chair design by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and Lilly Reich, this matching set showcases a modernist aesthetic through its sleek profiles and architectural forms. The lounge chair and ottoman are upholstered in black leather with button-tufted cushions, detailed stitching, and piped edges. Their polished stainless steel frames have distinctive X-shaped bases that support the cushions through a series of black leather straps secured along the frames. The lounge chair has a gently angled backrest and generously padded cushions, while the coordinating ottoman has a rectangular tufted cushion that complements the chair's geometric design. They are in good condition with visible wear on the leather upholstery and support straps, including surface wear on the ottoman and metal bases and minimal additional wear from usage.
