GORGEOUS Antique French Oak Renaissance Revival Dolphin Library Table or Writing Desk, c. 1880s
Exceptional late 19th century French oak library table featuring elaborate Renaissance Revival carvings, handsome architectural detailing, and beautiful Old World craftsmanship throughout.
Beautifully detailed rectangular top with beveled edges and canted corners. Ornately carved apron featuring scrolling foliage, fluted accents, lion masks with brass rings, and decorative drop finials. A generous pullout center drawer provides convenient storage for writing materials and other essentials.
A versatile size, perfect for use as a writing desk, library table, center table, or elegant entry table. Beautifully finished on all sides, allowing for placement anywhere in a room.
