The piece features a beautifully detailed, cold-painted cast metal figure of a water bearer or street vendor, dressed in vibrant multi-colored striped shorts and secured by a twisted brass wire yoke. He carries three removable, clear glass insert cups with elegant ruffled and scalloped rims, designed to hold delicate floral arrangements. The figure stands atop a weighted, turned wooden base expertly hand-painted in a rich reddish faux-marble faux-finish. No maker's marks. See less
